Cancellation Policy with Fee Structure:


  • Customers can cancel or reschedule a service with no charge if they do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations within last minute  of the appointment may incur a fee of 50% to compensate for the reserved time slot and potential loss of business.
